Environment

We assume responsibility for our environment. Environmental sustainability is core to our business practices. Our actions in environmental protection are based on legal and regulatory provisions, whereby we see these regulations as a minimum requirement. We ensure that environmental protection is implemented in all corporate functions and on all levels. Renewable energy is a priority for our company. Our factory building is heated by the surplus heat of our production machines. Another important contribution to the environment is material recycling of plastic waste. We process regranulates from recycled plastic (yellow bag).

We believe in providing our employees with a continuous and safe workplace and a pleasant working environment, because motivated and qualified employees are the basis for the highest customer satisfaction and business success.

Society

We consider creating training positions to be our corporate responsibility. We are a training company (SIHK (Hagen Chamber of Industry & Commerce) and Chamber of Crafts) and open up to young people the opportunity for sound and subject-related vocational training. We provide training to learn the following professions: precision mechanic, plastic shaper as well as industrial and office clerk.
